Announcements

Tomorrow morning at 8:05, the following students should report to D28 to continue working on their MAP tests:

Fernanda N.- Pedro C.- Andre A.- Ana Luiza C.- Marcela R.- Dani C.- Pedro H.
Tati C.- Anika B.- Thiago CL.- Leo von M.

Mr. Lippman laid out the parameters for what types of artifacts you might use to reflect on your learning.  Please start thinking about what artifacts you will use in each class.  After CWW we will have a strong push in classes and advisory to get ready for our Student Led Conferences.

A charger of this type went missing yesterday.  If you have seen it, please return it to the MS Office.

As a reminder, the 4:15 and 6:00 buses are only for those who are at school for an official activity.  If you try to ride one of these buses and you weren't here for a school related activity, you run the risk of not having a space on the bus.

The US Library will close on Wednesday at 2:45 until further notice.  We are doing inventory and you should use A-3 as a place to study until we are finished.  Thanks!

Middle School Dance, Fun Night and Spirit Week - all approved!

Dear middle school students,

Student Voice was able to get three exciting events approved for this year! I am very proud of our group for listening to the students of Graded and advocating for what the majority of people want. Great job Student Voice!

The following events have been approved:

  1. Middle School Dance (themed danced)
  2. Fun Night (a night of movies, games, sports, etc. at Graded)
  3. Spirit Week (each day a different theme)
Student Voice will be sending out some surveys to all of the students to get everyone's opinions on what theme we should decide on for the dance, and to gather ideas for the Fun Night and Spirit Week.

Thank you - Mr. Tuttle

Announcements

There were three students last week who asked to change their Friday Activity.  Everyone was placed in one of their top five choices and there isn't any changing unless there is a situation like you are in basketball, but have broken your arm.

Congratulations to Bethany Gardner, Ivanna Hidalgo, Melissa Machado, Paulina Lopez and Vanessa King for their (at least partially) successful Egg Drop last week.  They clearly displayed teamwork and creativity in their work.

Thanks to the Brazilian Studies Department for the informative assembly yesterday and thanks to all for making it a lively assembly.
